If you are a architect, with at least 5 years’ of Canadian experience and wanting to make a change to a firm environment where you can have a leadership role that will make an impact to our clients, team and community, let’s talk.  Through your entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills and creativity you will lead projects and teams creating successful outcomes for clients.  You have strong interpersonal skills backed by a solid technical background. You are comfortable with both managing multiple projects and teams. You can build and maintain external relationships with clients and sub-contractors.

What we expect:

+ Skill & experience leading teams and working closely with clients

+ Creative thinking and problem solving

+ Strong design project management skills from concept to completion

+ Conversant in all phases of project development and delivery models.  

+ Exemplary design skills

+ Proficiency in Revit

+ Collaborative and professional work ethic

+ Experience with contract language and liability

+ Strong communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English

Required:

+ Must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia

+ LEED AP or higher preferred

+ Minimum 10  years’ architectural experience in medium to large-scale projects

+ At least 10 years Canadian experience
