Central 1’s Annual Summit for Credit Union Leaders takes place next week. For Central 1, Momentum is the strength and force gained by a group of thought leaders gathered together to talk about what matters in the credit union industry. Learn more about the conference here.

We are especially pleased to be part of the conversation. On Tuesday April 25, during a Peer2Peer session, RATIO’s Christopher Pollard will join industry leaders in a panel discussion on the topic of ‘Branch of the Future’.  We’ll report back on the discussion next week!

Branch of the Future panel will be moderated by Michelle Penney, Director, Consulting Services, Central 1; Panelists: Jill Ahrens Gruetzner AVP Omni Solutions, Innovation Credit Union Nelson Sandhu, VP Member Experience, G&F Financial and Christopher Pollard, Principal, RATIO

For us, the Branch of the Future is more than just a change in decor. It is our understanding of the business, how to serve customers better, how to integrate technology in-branch in a customer-friendly way, and how to create high-value transactions that allows us to create a path to the Branch of the Future.

The RATIO team has provided architectural, interior design and planning services to credit unions for over 50 years.  Recent and ongoing projects include Island Savings Branch of the Future, award winning design on the downtown branch of Salmon Arm Savings & Credit Union, refresh of Greater Vancouver Community Credit Union’s brand and branch template. RATIO provides integrated consulting on all Vancity branches and the forward-thinking branch concept for First West Credit Union through their Envision Financial brand.
