Still and always: We’re BC’s results-based design team.

In Case You Missed It; RATIO’s November News.

Our expanded design team is having a terrifically busy year. We are a proudly diverse and talented group working collaboratively with our clients to create design solutions ranging from community infrastructure to workplace tenant improvements to the rehabilitation of heritage structures.

Here are just some of the projects we’re busy with:

+ Ruskin Dam Powerhouse Upgrade: In addition to the major Architectural scope for the historic rehabilitation of the dam, RATIO worked with BC Hydro and members of Qwantlen Nation to coordinate development and inclusion of 6 large scale art panels on the dam face.  Completion: 2018

+ Kitsilano Coast Guard Station: This high profile and recognizable landmark demands a functional, robust and aesthetic upgrade. Completion: December 2019

+ Tenant Improvements for our Credit Union clients: In 2018 we will have completed over 20 retail branch projects for our financial services clients.

+ Federal Heritage Projects: Rehabilitation of designated historic places; Dawson Territorial Courthouse and the Gulf of Georgia Cannery.

+ Sustainability and Rehabilitation: Various lighthouse stations and their ancillary & residential buildings on the west coast of BC.

WE’VE MOVED!

You’ll now find us at the corner of Thurlow and Melville in downtown Vancouver. Suite 300 – 1111 Melville Street, Vancouver BC, V6E 3V6; 604-682-6881
