Near Victoria, BC; community infrastructure finds a home, beautifully
RATIO wrote this on Feb 04, 2016

An architectural solution for a necessary community infrastructure upgrade in BC’s Capital Region District.  Nestled in a parkland setting, with nearby  residential neighbours, the Craigflower Pump Station  harmonizes  with its surroundings.  A palette of natural tones from stone and concrete, generous usage of glass and exposed wood structure beams soften the industrial qualities of the pump station, integrating the facility into the landscape.

RATIO was commissioned to design the Craigflower Pump Station in BC’s Capital Regional District. Our project file with photos here.

Some of our country’s most important public institutions and infrastructure have been designed by RATIO.  You’ll find our infrastructure projects in communities around the province.
