RATIO’s new office needed to have the flexibility to handle growth over the next decade. We wanted to create a bright, inspiring interior space with an immediate visual connection to our large outdoor roof deck. At the same time, we wanted to incorporate brand elements that were immediately recognizable to our team and to our guests. Designer Dennis Boyle assisted RATIO with building on our existing brand collateral by adapting key elements into an environmental graphic and signage installation.
The RATIO team and Dennis have worked together previously on client projects successfully marrying our 2 disciplines. Dennis listened carefully to our goals for the space and the challenges we were facing with respect to brand recognition, wayfinding and privacy.
Dennis built upon our existing brand identity, creating a striking entry experience that is rooted in the experience of our office culture. He developed a customized visual system including spatial orientation graphics and a key brand wall which also serves as privacy foil for a large staff lounge.
“Dennis Boyle captured the essence of the RATIO brand for our new office entryway. Our glass panels provided an opportunity to develop a cohesive visual experience. Both visually arresting and practical, our entryway reinforces our brand through colour, logo marks and distinctive typographical treatment.”
