A tenant improvement project for a mid-size boutique law firm meets growth plans and elevates their brand.

The project was driven by an expiring lease, a 10-year growth plan, and a refreshed brand.  Our client, a mid-size/boutique  Vancouver law firm,  needed help to find and plan for new workspace.  A detailed needs analysis and  growth projections were key to making the right real estate decision. Over the course of a year, we reviewed potential lease spaces and helped them envision the possibilities for the ultimate solution, a 16,000sq ft space in downtown Vancouver.  As a tenant improvement project, the new space was created by reworking existing individual offices and meeting rooms to accommodate current and future growth. The workspace design and fit plan elevated their brand, created a productive workspace for staff and would meet business growth plans.

Sustainably focused design decisions saved money and met our client’s environmental objectives.  Existing marble floors, oak millwork and doors from the previous tenant were repurposed, saving money and valuable materials from the landfill.

We worked with RATIO while our firm,  Legacy Tax & Trust Lawyers, was looking for new space for our growing firm. RATIO provided us with an unparalleled quality of service, helping us to envision the possibilities in the different spaces we were contemplating. They went above and beyond to help us get the job done and made our new offices more beautiful and more functional, which is good for business and for employee morale.” Amy Francis, Partner, Legacy Tax + Trust Lawyers
